Monumental  still life with different fruits and flowers was executed in the first half of 19th century and despite the lack of a signature, it is a typical exemple work by Austrian still life and flower painter from the Biedermeier era Johann Gorg Seitz (1810 Nuernberg - 1970 Vienna).

Inscription: unsigned, on the back of the stretcher - old label with dates of the artist.

Technique: oil on canvas,  original period gilt  frame.

Measurements: unframed oval w 39 1/2" x h 29 1/3" ( 100,5 x 74,5 cm), framed w 48 3/4" x h 38 1/2 " (124 x 98 cm).

Condition: in good condition .
