This is the pair of very fine gilt brass plaques with depicting of Jesus and Maria, executed around 1880-1900 , figures were hand painted, outlines of robes and background were hand carved by the master. 

Inscription: unsigned. 

Technique: heads and hands-oil on brass; robes - oil on leather, plaques - gilt brass, hand-cut.

Measurements: each 4 1/3" x 8 1/4"( 11 x 20,7 cm)

Condition: very good.
