Rocky coastscape with sailing boat was executed around 1910-1920s by a German marine painter Erich  Ketter (active 1900-1920s) .

Inscription: signed lower left. 

Technique: oil on cardboard, original period frame.

Measurements: unframed w 22 7/8" x h 15 3/4" (58 x 40 cm);  framed  27 1/8" x 20"(69 x 51 cm).

Condition: good.
