Lovely genre painting with happy drinker was executed in 1890-1900 by listed Viennese painter Carl Siegfried Stoitzner (1866 - 1943). He is member of famous Viennese artist family , worked in Vienna and was popular for his small genre portraits of character folk types.

Technique: oil on wood panel. Original period gold-plated frame.
