Fire-gilded mantel clock, France, ca.1800-1820. In the lower part a décor-relief with Cupids. Another décor relief under the dial (see photo). The case is crowned with gold-plated bronze sculptures of Amor and Psyche holding lira. Figures also bronze, dark patina. Eight-day filament. Pendulum with thread suspension. 1/2 hour and hour lock discs pendulum on Bell. Email dial with the signature Charles Rolland à Marseille.
