Large portrait work with two children (probably brothers) on the sea beach of famous Belgian resort Ostend at the North Sea. This painting was executed ca. in 1880s by a represantative of Belgian School, signed illegibly lower on the edge of the painting.

Inscription: signed indistinctly lower left.

Technique: oil on canvas. Luxuriousy gold-plated frame.

Measurements: unframed w 29 1/2" x h 45 1/2" (75 x 115,5 cm), framed w 38 1/4" x h 55" (97 x 139,5 cm)

Condition: in very good condition, original canvas was profess. relined.
