Early fine portrait miniature of a young beauty was executed in the midddle-sec.half of 18th century in the style of well-renown Italian female miniature artist Rosalba Carrera ( 1675 - Venice - 1757).

Technique: gouache on ivory, original period gilt bronze frame.
Measurements: unframed w 2 1/4" x h 2 1/2 " (5,5 x 6,5 cm), framed w 2 3/4 " x h 3 1/8 " (6,8 x 8 cm).
Condition: in very good condition. |
