Rare antique Russain bronze  " Peasants plowing ” was executed ca. 1880s on the famous foundry "Gladeneck" in Berlin after model by Albert -Moritz Wolf (1854 - 1923), who recieved European acknowledge for his masterfully Russian cabinett bronze figures. Inscription: signed on the base with the name of sculptor "M.Wolf" and stamp of the foundry "Gesellschaft Berlin H.Gladenbeck &Sohn".

Technique: bronze , brown patina, marble base.

Measurements: w. 12 1/4” x d. 4 3/4” x h. 6 2/3” (width 31 x deep 12,3 x high 17 cm).

Condition: in very good original condition
