This monumental painting with brushwood collector in an autumn forest was executed in the early 20 century by renowned and good listed Austrian painter Alois Arnegger (1879-1967). The artist studied at the Vienna Academy under Robert Russ and Eisenmenger and was very popular among collectors in the world with panoramic italian views and winter paintings of Alps.
