Impressionistic composition with scattered roses was executed by good listed French flower painter Joseph Perrachon (1883 - 1969), the represantant of famous Lyon flower school of the late 19th century / early 20th Century.
He took part in the Salon des Artistes Français in Paris, of which he was a member and out-of-competition; he received a mention in 1924, a silver medal in 1928, a gold medal in 1932; the legion of honor in 1933.
