Great genre scene from the Belle Epoque time depicting a couple of a young girl and a officer , flirted during the walk in a garden , the painting was executed in 1897 by listed German painter and illustrator Ludwig Stutz (1865 Hoheneck/Wuerttemberg - 1917 Illenau/Baden). The artist studied at the Art Academy in Munich under L.Löfftz and at the Academy Julian in Paris. He worked in Berlin more than 20 years as painter and illustrator , exhibited his works in the artist union "Berliner Sezession" (from 1900 to 1910) , on the Great International Exhibition in Berlin in 1904 and in the same year - on the international exhibition in Duesseldorf . His genre works are very rare in the international art market.
