Art Deco painting with ballerina in front of the mirror was created in own artistic style by famous Czech artist Josef Loukota , born 1879 in Hranicich / Czech Republic. Professor at the Praque Academy . Studied in 1896-1899 at the Art School by Liska and Masek, Academy in Praque in 1899-1900 by Brozik and in 1902-1903 by Schwaiger. Together with V.Hynais created wall allegorical paintings for Pantheon of Folk Museum in Praque. His genre panitings were often illustrated in the famous art magazines : " Zlata Praha " ( Golden Praque) and " Meggendorfer Humoristische Blatter " . Since 1910 he worked as professor in Academy. A few time beginning from 1900s the artist travelled and lived in Paris, his work was influenced from french art of beginning of 20 century.
