Genre painting ”At the dressing table” from Art Deco time was executed ca. 1920s by good listed Czech genre and figure painter Vladimir Svoboda (born 1871). He worked in Praque , studied by Prof.  M.Pirner , V.Hynais , H. Schwaiger and F.Jenewein.Since 1889 to 1893 he he was a assistent in the techical school in Brno, later worked in Praque again. His best works dated from 1900 to 1920s.Exhibitons: Ruberova Gallery in Praque in 1929 and  1930; in 1930 in Nachod and 1931 in Praque and Hradec Kralov.
