Dog genre painting created in 1913 by listed german animal artist Richard Hermann Strebel (b. 1861 Veracruz / Mexico). He was a pupil of Art Academies in Kassel and Karlsruhe (by Baisch). Since 1886 worked and lived in Munich. Exhibited in Hamburg (Kunsthalle), Munich, Kassel.

Inscription: signed and dated 1913 lower left, on the reverse - original title iand name of artist.
