This city view was executed in 1995 by Saxonian painter Gottlieb Schimmig (born 1924), who was active in Berlin in the sec.half of 20th Century with city views in oil and watercolour. Our painting is part of 4 Berlin views of the artist (see previous items), Alle this  works came from the family estate of the artist.

Technique: watercolour on paper, in passpartout and mounted to the back cardboard, unframed.

Measurements: full 25 1/4" x 17 1/4"(64 x 44 cm); matted 28 3/4" x 20 1/2"(73 x 52 cm).

Condition: good original condition.
