Post-Impressionist genre scene on the beach nearby town Santander in northern Spain , where  was born and worked  the author Spanish painter Alfonso Salinas (born 1976 in Santander). He was pupil in the workshop of his father, also painter. Developed soon though own Style. Salinas' favorite motives are country landscapes from his motherland Provence Cantabria and its wide sandy beaches where so many people find relaxation.
This artist's impressionist paintings have been exhibited in Santander, Bulbao, Barcelona and Madrid.

Inscription: signed lower right; on the back - a label with short biography of the artist in German.

Technique: oil on cardboard, gilt frame.

Measurements: unframed  w 12 3/4" x h 7 1/2" (32,5 x 19 cm); framed 16 7/8" x 11 3/4" (43 x 30 cm).

Condition: very good.
