This seascape was executed in the late 19th century in the manner of Russian marine painter Ivan Aiwasowski (1817-1900).

Inscription: signed indistinctly lower left; on the back of the stretcher inscribed with pencil " Aiwasowski”.

Technique: oil on canvas, original frame. 

Measurements: unframed w 28" x h 17 1/8"(71 x 43,5 cm) , framed  32 2/3" x 21 7/8"(83 x 55,5 cm).

Condition: good condition due to the age.
