Market scene in the town Quito, the capital of Ecuador was executed in 1943 by Columbian-Venezualian artist 

Hernando Mejia Carrasquilla (active  1940-1960s in Columbia and Venezuela ) , represented at few exhibitions  in Columbia and Venezuela also in the national museum of Columbia.
