View of pittoresque village Brissago. The village situated in the Swiss canton Tessin on the northwestern shore of Lake Lago Maggore (in Swiss: Langensee), southwest of Ronco and Ascona on the border with Italy. This nice painting was executed around 1890-1900 by unknown impressionist painter, of Swiss or Italian origin.
Inscription: unsigned, on the back of the panel is old label with the info about motive.
Technique: oil on mahagony wood, luxuriousy antique gold-plated frame.
Measurements: unframed w 11 5/8" x h 16"( 29,5 x 40,5 cm), framed 17 3/4" x h 21 2/3" ( 45 x 55 cm).
Condition: good, no any inpaintings or fractures. |
