Impressionistic genre scene in the garden of a villa was executed by Italian painter Lidio Aimone, (Ajmone, Aymone), born 1884 Coggiola di Biella - 1945 Andezeno/ Chieri. 1893 moves to Turin. After class, visit Accad. Albertina and the studio of Vittorio Cavalleri. 1912 trip to Tripolitania. 1915-29 in Somalia in the wake of Governor Devecchi as the colony's painter. He then spent a long time in Rhodes, from where he returned sick in 1941. Vice President of the Circolo degli Artisti, Turin. Painted landscapes and impressions from the Italian colonies, genre scenes and portraits in the tradition of the 19th century (Benito Mussolini; Duca degli Abruzzi). Color became more important in his later work.
