A pair of impressionistic coastal views by French landscape and marine painter Pierre-Paul Charles Emiot (Marseille 1887 - 1975 in Vitrolles ).
A student of Alexandre-Claude-Louis Lavalley, he exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1920, where he received an honorable mention in 1934 and, a member of the Winter Salon, in 1929 he presented the painting Bord de coastal nearby from Sainte-Maxime - at sea.
He was made a Knight of the Legion of Honor in 1931.
