This is one of 4 ( see next 3 items) original Art Deco gouaches as design for an advertising poster to a Mediterranean cruise. They were executed in 1920-1930s by an Italian illustrator, each signed illegibly.

There are title inscriptions in Italian :

1. In the cruise ( In CROCIERA).
2. At the pool on board of ship ( under image).
3. Dance in the great hall (under image).
4. To the pyramids on the back of a camel (under image).

Inscriptions : signed indistinctly lower left and titled in Italian lower right.

Technique: gouache on cardboard.

Measurements: only image w 4 1/2" x h 6 7/8" (11,5 x 17,5 cm),  matted and framed w  10 1/4" x h 12 2/3" ( 26 x 32 cm).

Condition:  very good.
