Rare early portrait of a young lady with her favourite dog against the backgound of a romantic landscape was executed in 1820 by listed Slovakian - Hungarian painter Marianne Fricart, active in 1820s in Pressburg (Bratislawa). Her portrait of Countess Caroline Zay situated im Museum of Bojnice (Slovakia).
