Fine genre scene by François-Adolphe Grison ( 1845 in Bordeaux - 1914 in Chêne-Bougeries), a French landscape, portrait and genre painter who worked in Switzerland.Grison was a student of Justin Lequien. He came to Geneva in 1868 and worked there as a freelance artist.He dealt with oil easel painting and enamel painting. He painted genre scenes, often in Rococo costumes, portraits and landscapes.
