Far landscape with a castle at the river and peasant figures on the foreground was executed by anonyme Austrian painter around 1820s.
Inscription: unsigned.
Material: oil on canvas, magnificent original Biedermeier „ox eye“ frame.
Dimensions: unframed w 12 5/8" x h 10 3/8" (32 x 26,2 cm), framed. w 18 1/8" x h 16" (46 x 40,5 cm).
Condition: good, old professionally reclining of the canvas.
