Impressionistic coast landscape nearby Saint-Maxime with far view to Saint-Tropez was executed in the end of 19th, early 20th centuries and has all stylistic criteria to be attributed to the hand of famous South French landscape painter Louis-Auguste PAUL dit LOUIS PAUL ( 1854 Beziers - 1922).The artist was pupil of Cabanel, Millet and Rodin and was active in the South France.
Paintings by him are in museums of Beziers and Narbonne.
