It was executed by Austrian portrait and genre painter Hans Schwante-Hellweg (1906 Mahrisch-Ostrau now Ostrava, Czech Rep. - 1990 Vienna, Austria). He studied at the Vienna Art Academy from 1924-1928 and worked in Vienna.
