Landscape painting by Austrian female painter and graphic artist Luise Begas-Parmentier (1850 Vienna - 1920 Berlin). This work signed by the artist L.Parmentier and created before 1877, as she was married artist Adalbert Franz Eugen Begas.Luise Parmentier is the represantative of Austrian movement Mood impressionism, she studied by one of its grounder Emil Jacob Schindler and by William Unger. She was sister of the painter Maria Parmentier. Study travells to Italy (Sicily) France (Paris) and Orient (Constantinople). Since her marriage settled in Berlin. Painted romantic landscapes, architecture works with motives from Austria, Germany, Italy ans flower still lifes.
Her works are in the National Galleries in Berlin, Poznan, Vienna.
