Antique watercolour with old Vienna view of busy Ringstrasse and the Opera, it was executed in the early 20th century by good listed Viennese veduta (cityscape) painter Franz Hoffelner (Vienna 1875 - 1936).

Inscription: signed and titled lower left in English translation: " Vienna, I (district), Opera, F.Hoffelner"

Technique: watercolour on paper, matted and framed.
