Typical example of French impressionistic flower art from late 19th Century , it was executed in 1888 by listed landscape, genre and still life painter Paul Lecuit-Monroy (1858 - Paris - 1926). He was the pupil of Bouguereau, T. Robert-Fleury, Gabriel Ferrier, lived and worked in Paris.
