The third and last child of Martin Drolling (1752 – 1817) (she was his pupil) and of Louise Elisabeth Belot, his wife, she is the sister of the painter Michel Martin Drolling (1789-1851) and of Marius Drölling (born in 1794). She served as a model for her father, as well as her brother Michel-Martin. In 1819, she married the architect Jean-Nicolas Pagnierre de Montel (died 1821), and in second marriage, Nicolas Roch Joubert (1797-1866). Since 1821 she signed her works with "Madam Joubert".

In 1827, she took part in her first Salon where she won a gold medal. She makes portraits and genre painting, just like her father. Disappeared prematurely, she has produced little.
