Classical marine painting by listed French landscape and seascape painter Gaston Auguste Moreau ( 1885 -Paris - after 1956). The artist worked in Paris, exhibited since 1911 at the Independants , and since 1926 in the Salon de Soc.Nat. d. B.-Arts. Collective exhibition in 1929 by Barreiro in Paris. 15 paintings are in the City Hall in Clamart and few works in the Museum of Dijon.

Technique: oil on canvas. Original period wood partly gilded frame.

Condition: in quite good condition, proffessionally cleaned and restored, a few trays on the back of original canvas.
