Panoramic country landscape, probably with view of Isartal in Tyrol, due to the backside inscription and comparison with other works by the same artist was executed was attributed to the hand of famous Bavarian landscape painter Adolf Lier (1826 Herrnhut - 1882 Wahren by Brixen). The artist is high-listed in international literature and price date banks. His works are in the different private collections around of the world and in public museums of Germany (Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt a.M., Munich, Nurnberg, Königsberg).
