Portrait of the favorite dog (probably terrier) was executed by listed Austrian animalistic painter Anton Wessely (1848 -Vienna - 1908). Pupil of the Viennese Art Academy under Karl Mayer, he worked in Vienna and was the member of Viennese art union "Kuenstlerhaus".
