Genre painting with a hunter and his dog, returning with trophy from successful hunting, it was executed by well renowned German genre and landscape painter Meno Muehlig (1823 Eienstock - 1873 Dresden). Father of other famous painter Hugo Muehlig, pupil of Julius Huebner at the Dresden Academy , his works situated in the collection of the National Gallery in Dresden and State Gallery in Graz.
