Colourfully scene with flower seller in the palace garden was executed by famous Munich painter Maria Philips-Weber (active from 1870 ) . This female painter was pupil of W.v.Lindenschmits and Heinrich Stelzner at the Munich Academy , exhibited her works since 1873 in Munich (genre and portraits)., since her marriage under name Philips-Weber. Lived 30 years with her husband in Rome, during summers - in Germany (Ammerland and lake Starnberg). Worked long time for the Paris magazine " L΄Art".
WORKS by the artist are in the Bavarian National Museum, Munich; German Museum in Nuernberg and VaticN Museum in Rome.
