Nude painting an allegory of spring was executed ca. in 1890 by good-listed German genre artist Otto Lingner (born 1856 Kolberg). He studied at the Art Academy in Berlin in 1877-1881 by Thumann, Knille and M.Michael, in 1883-1887 worked as decoration painter with Genre and allegorical subjects in Bremen and Hamburg .
