This humorous painting in the old province Russian city depicts scene in the time after the abolition of the "dry" law (1992) with drunk peasants strolling on a symbolic crossroads of Lenin Dead End and Yeltsin Street and displays an epoch of freedom in times of Yeltsin. It painted in the style of modernism, signed Shishov (Cyrillic).
