Funny genre watercolour created by austrian painter Carl Fischer-Koystrand ( 1862 -  Vienna - 1918). He studied in the Art School (in german Kunstgewerbeschule) and later at the Vienna Academy under Griepenkerl. The artist worked as a genre painter and as an illustrator in numerous magazines in Vienna and Berlin.
