Romantical moonlight seascape with unloading fishing boats on the French coast (Normandy?) was executed ca. in 1880 by listed French female painter Natalie Burlin, born Curtis (before 1880 - 1921). She was marine painter, sister of the artist Constance Curtis and wife of American painter Paul Curtis. Some of her marine works reach high results (auction Ahlden, Germany on 6.05.2012 , 15000 Euro, hammer price).
