This lovely boudoir scene from the Art Deco time was created by renowned Austrian-Hungarian painter Richard Geiger, born 1870 in Vienna. The artist studied in the Vienna Academy under Christian Griepenkerl and Eisenmenger and later in Paris in the studio of L.Flameng. From 1893 Geiger worked in Budapest as portrait, nude and genre painter.
