This russsian lanscape painitng with old sheperd and his herd created in th end of 19 -beginn of 20 century by Russian painter of Jewish origin Govelij ( Savelij) Shoel Moshkov SEIDENBERG ( 1862 Berditchev - 1942 Yaroslavl). He studied at the Academy in St.Petersburg in 1885-1891. In 1884, 1886 , 1888 was award with silver medals of Academy . In 1890 he was award with gold medal for the painting " Apostle Peter heals a lame man".In 1891 he recieved the rank of master painter of historical art.
