"Storm at sea", this classical Dutch marine painting was executed in the middle of 19th century by good listed Dutch marine and landscape painter and drawer Cornelis Steffelaar (1797 Amsterdam - 1861 Haarlem). He studied by Jan Kobell (II), travelled in 1823 to Netherland, and in 1836 - Hanover, Brauenschweig , Prussia and Saxony. His works situate in the Museum of Brussels.

Technique: oil on wood. Original period gold-plated frame.
