Very fine early watercolour depicts a street puppet show in Naples with far view of Vesuv. This Neapolitan watercolour was executed ca. in 1810 (due to the water mark of the paper, dated 1810) by a represantative of famous Neapolitan school.
Inscription: unsigned , water stamp of paper , dated 1810.
Technique: watercolour on paper. Unframed.
Measurements: w 4 " x h 5 1/8 " (10 x 13 cm).
Condition: in very good condition. |
