Paris evening street scene before the Notre Dame executed in 1910s-1920s in the best traditions of Paris city views from the Art Deco time ( in the style of Eduard Cortes. Eugene Galien-Laloue, Constantin Corovine and others). The author , famous painter of Hungarian origin Antal Berkes (1874 - Budapest - 1938) studied at the Art school in Budapest under Jozsef Feichinger (until 1896), 1904 recieved State sholarship , awarded with bronze medal in London in 1908.
