A pair of Paris Belle Epoque scenes at the news and flower stands was executed on the turn of 20th century by listed painter of Spanish origin Felix Alarcon, born in Andalusia, active from 1865 to 1911, at first time in Spain (exhibited at the provincial exhibition in Sevilla witth portraits and flowers), then in 1895 he settled in Paris, where recieved acknowledge with Belle Epoque street genre scenes and portraits.
