High qualitative early miniture on ivory of a mother and child with a garden background was executed in 1830 by listed British miniature artist Noel N. Carter , who was active in London in 1820 to 1830, his minitures are influenced by the French school . He exhibited his miniatures at the Royal Academy in 1823-1833. Some of them situated in the renown collection Hébert, Paris.
