A pair of village landscapes (winter and summer) was executed in the end of 19th century, signed H.Gindl, on the reverse of each - original antique label with inventory number and title of paintings in German: "Motive from Alfold (Hungarian great plain on the board to Slowakia and Romania) and "Motive from Steinamanger (Hungarian city Szombathely in west Transdanube).

Inscription: both signed , on the frames - original bronze plaques with the name of the artist, on the reverse of wood panels - antique labels with the inventory numbers and titles of paintings in German.

Technique: each: oil on wood panel. Luxuriousy original period gold-plated frames.

Measurements: each : unframed w 12 5/8" x h 7 1/4 " (32 x 18,5 cm), framed 20 1/2" x 15 1/4" (52 x 38,5 cm).

Condition: in very good condition.
