Impressionistic composition with a basket and scattered flowers was executed 1885 by good listed French still life painter Jaques Charles Martial Auguste Nicolas Besson (18556 - Lyon - 1905). he studied by Bonnefond and de Reignier at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Lyon and exhibited his flower and still life works in Lyon 1880 - 1903 and in Paris 1884.
