Nice genre scene with a painter (probably the author of the work) and his model on the bank of an alpine lake. This work was executed in the last quarter of the 19th century by the listed Austrian genre and landscape painter Josef Burgaritzky (1836 Molln/Styria - 1890 Vienna). He took motives from the Austrian province for his works.
